The team of plaintiff lawyers fought the case for over seven years, including an appeal to the Sixth District Court of Appeals. In July of 2013, in an effort to obtain restitution for all affected, Banys, P.C. successfully petitioned for expansion of the class to include two sub classes of employees. The final approval was granted following a comprehensive review and notification process.
