Christopher S. Lavin is an attorney at Banys, P.C.
Mr. Lavin has experience in intellectual property litigation, most notably, he has contributed in the courtroom and on-site to three patent infringement jury trials nationwide, and prepared with litigation teams for nearly a dozen other trials and legal proceedings.
Mr. Lavin received his law degree from the Boston University School of Law, earning honors in his studies. He was a member of the Journal of Science & Technology Law and participated in the moot court program. During his summers he was a legal intern in the office of a Greater Boston genomics company and a research assistant to Dean and Professor of Law Maureen O’Rourke. Mr. Lavin obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors and scholar recognition from the University of Rochester.
Mr. Lavin is a member of the California Bar Association Intellectual Property and Litigation Sections, and the Silicon Valley Intellectual Property Law Association.
